1. The gist
These terms govern your use of scrumr.com. The product itself (at app.scrumr.com) has its own terms that you'll accept on signup.
2. Waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the product. We allocate invites based on role mix, geography, and order of signup (with referral bumps). You can remove yourself at any time — email hello@scrumr.com.
3. Referrals
Referral links are for personal, non-commercial use. Don't buy signups, don't spam Reddit, don't fake emails. We reserve the right to collapse referral counts that look manufactured.
4. Intellectual property
The Scrumr name, logo, copy and design are ours. You can link to us freely.
5. Changes
We may update these terms before launch. Material changes will be emailed to waitlist members.
6. Governing law
England & Wales. Scrumr Ltd, registered in the United Kingdom.
