1. Who we are

Scrumr Ltd ("Scrumr", "we") operates scrumr.com and app.scrumr.com. We are the data controller for personal data processed through this site. Contact: privacy@scrumr.com.

2. What we collect on the waitlist

• Name, email, country, role, and optional organisation/level.
• A hashed version of your IP address and your user-agent string.
• UTM parameters from the link that brought you here, if present.

3. How we use it

To email you when the product opens, to send your referral link, to understand where signups come from, and to invite you into the beta. We do not sell your data. We do not enrol you in a newsletter.

4. Sub-processors

• Supabase — database hosting (EU region).
• Resend — transactional email.
• Vercel — hosting + analytics.
• PostHog — product analytics (EU region).

5. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy@scrumr.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We use a referral cookie (sc_ref), UTM cookies, and analytics cookies set by PostHog and Vercel. No third-party advertising cookies.
